Reservations - Are Required.
Restrictions Apply - As to allowable functions.
Please call - (515-225-1286) to schedule and make arrangements. Morning, afternoon an evening hours are available.

NOTE: Jordan House is open to the public every Wednesday and Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Sundays 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. May 1st thru the end of September. Reservation will not be accepted during these times.

Rental Fees - $50.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours).

$50.00 each additional hour

$25.00 kitchen use (for modern kitchen if used).

$50.00 closing fee

Deposit of $100.00 required at least 2 weeks before date of function. In case of a cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice the deposit is forfeited.

No alcohol - is allowed in Jordan House or on the grounds.
